About Us

 

Established in 2020 by builders and close friends, Nic Ryan and Tim Davis, RISE AB is a culmination of their combined 35 years’ experience in the construction industry and their shared work ethic and values.

Having run successful residential building companies in Sydney and Melbourne prior to joining forces, both directors saw an opportunity to combine their skills and provide clients with a premium and positive build experience.

Working alongside leading architects and designers to realize complex and innovative builds, RISE AB has twice been recognised as Winners at the Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards in 2021 and 2023.

RISE AB has also received accreditation from the Passive House Institue Australia as certified Passive House Trades people further broading the scope of work the team can undergo.
