Named after clients, Jarryd and Caitlin, this project involved alterations and additions to a California Bungalow on Mosman's sought-after Upper Avenue.

Extensive works to both interior and exterior resulted in a modernised and expansive 4-bedroom family home with a separate studio, as well as a new entertaining area and swimming pool allowing the owners to maximise enjoyment of the leafy, suburban setting.
