Established by two builders and close friends, Nic Ryan and Tim Davis, RISE AB is a culmination of their combined 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and their shared work ethic and values.

Having run successful residential building companies in Sydney and Melbourne prior to joining forces, both directors saw an opportunity to combine their skills and satisfy clients looking for a premium build experience.

RISE AB was born with a mission to work alongside leading architects and designers, helping them realize complex and innovative builds.

By running a team that’s high in expertise and remaining hands on, Nic and Tim ensure RISE AB achieves impeccable attention to detail, precision craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
